Located in John’s Island in Vero Beach, Florida, this beautiful site surrounded by majestic oak trees and overlooking the golf course is filled with decades of fond memories. Rather than renovate, the homeowners opted to hire an architect and build their dream home on the site—one they can share with their children and grandchildren.

The interior design reflects the sophistication of the architecture with transitional furniture selections and finishes, and a subtle color palette to allow one’s eye to focus on the stunning views.
